Spencer's for Steaks and Chops would like to announce the addition of Clayton Chapman as our new Executive Chef. Chef Chapman was born and raised in Omaha and was most recently at V. Mertz Restaurant. He received his training at the Illinois Institute of Art in Culinary Arts and worked at Tru Restaurant, a well-known French restaurant located in Chicago. In addition to his restaurant capabilities, Chapman teaches local culinary classes at the Classy Gourmet. |
