Spencer's for Steaks and Chops would like to announce the addition of Clayton Chapman as our new Executive Chef. Chef Chapman was born and raised in Omaha and was most recently at V. Mertz Restaurant. He received his training at the Illinois Institute of Art in Culinary Arts and worked at Tru Restaurant, a well-known French restaurant located in Chicago. Clayton will be offering cooking classes starting in the fall, but in the meantime you can attend one of the many monthly events that we have at Spencer's including the famed Winemaker dinners or Chef's night out.
