Preston Hagan

Preston Hagan is the Executive Chef at Spencer's for Steaks and Chops at the Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center.

Hagan is a graduate of the Austin Culinary Academy. Directly out of school he handled catering for such feature films as Water Boy, Office Space, and Ten Things I Hate About You. In addition, he was a member of a culinary team that catered the X Games in Austin, Texas, supplying meals for up to 20,000 people. While still in Austin he worked in the kitchens of several fine dining establishments including Mars Restaurant, Louie's 106, and the Green Room, atop the Bank one Tower. Hagan's first opportunity in the hotel industry was the Hyatt Regency Austin were he quickly became the hotel restaurant's manager.

Most Recently Hagan served as the Sous Chef at Daniel's Catering and Senior Sous Chef at Daniel's Broiler in Bellevue, Washington. Previously he was Chef de Cuisine of Eques Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Bellevue.
