As the first employee hired for Spencer’s in 1997, Chef Jeromy arrived with already 3 years of experience in a Steakhouse environment. In his past 13 years at Spencer’s, Chef has helped to create the destination now known as a mainstay for Prime Steaks in the Inland Northwest. Graduating from Spokane Community College, with his Culinary Arts degree, Jeromy has helped to develop Spokane’s first broiling sensation. Chef Jeromy previously held the title of Sous Chef for Spencer’s and was promoted on New Year’s Day of 2011. Chef has spearheaded the Spencer’s Epicurean Delight team, securing over 7 consecutive awards. While the Steakhouse is chef Jeromy’s second home, his family has also grown up with the Spencer’s fine dining experience. They are a constant test group for Chef’s creations and ideas. Chef and his wife JoAnn have raised three boys while at Spencer’s; Bailey, Gavin, and Summit. These boys are just as much a part of Chef’s great designs as his Steakhouse creations. |
